	Diploma (RNRM) or Degree (B.Sc. Nursing) holders' from a recognized university, This program must be equivalent to a United States Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
	Must be fully licensed in the country they are applying from
	Should have cleared their CGFNS Certification exam. (Nurses qualified outside the United States who plan to practice in the U.S. must take the "Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) examination.)
